Re: Sephora credit card account number (2024)

Hi there!

I applied for a Sephora credit card some weeks ago, but did not either received a card by mail or was able to find my account number anywhere. I see a lot of people here with the exact same issue. Comenity Capital bank representatives was not helpful at all. Can anybody please help me to solve it (as it will have an impact on my credit score)? I need to know my account number to make payments online.

I need assistance to pay off my credit card. I do NOT want to pay it off through a phone call by verbally speaking out my bank account information. I would like to log in and it pay it off through my laptop or my phone.

I need to know my account number in order to access "forget username/password" but it seems like there is no way for me to find my account number except by calling and the process of this was very confusing and frustrating.

Can you please send me a PM too? I am having the exact same issue with my credit card not showing up and my bill will hypothetically be due in the next few weeks! I do NOT want this to affect my credit score.
