We called ahead to see how long of a wait it would be for two pedicures. 10-15min or so which was no problem. We arrived in minutes. When we got there we put our names in and waited our turn. There was no music, no TVs and no one was talking so the vibe was awkward throughout the entire place. The staff was not friendly and I did not feel welcome. They sat my friend and I down in the pedicure chairs and we waited for 15 minutes or so before one lady came over and started my friend’s pedicure. She continued to bounce around between multiple clients at once which is very unsanitary. Another lady ended up finishing my friend’s pedicure while I patiently waited next to her. My friend was completed done with her pedicure before anyone even acknowledged me. I ended up just putting my shoes on and leaving with my friend without ever getting serviced. We were here in total for over an hour and I wasn’t willing to wait another hour for my turn while my friend sat and watched. The whole point in going to get your nails done with a friend is so you can get them done together. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in years and I was very excited for one. I felt like I was finally doing something for myself for once. Ended up leaving very disappointed and still haven’t gotten a pedicure anywhere since many places close early. Definitely should’ve went to one of the other nail salons in the area instead

Went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure and the woman next to her were obviously talking about me and when I looked at them, they were staring at me and both immediately smiled and stopped talking and looked away. Whatever, nothing new, most nail techs do that. Then, my tech was entirely too rough with the callus removal to the point I have open cuts on both feet now. She was also really rude when doing my manicure, she kept yanking my wrists really aggressively if I didn’t have my hands positioned the way she wanted them. Finally, I went to pay and the price was $120????? For a gel manicure and pedicure??? That should’ve been $85 at the most. And to add insult to injury, my GEL manicure started chipping off after one day. Definitely won’t be returning, I wouldn’t have even gone in the first place had my regular place had openings that day. In hindsight, I should’ve just waited. 0/10, won’t be returning. Save your hard earned money!!!

I got a full set of nails and within a couple of days four of them broke! They didn’t want to fix them when I went back and even said they didn’t recognize the nail polish color and that I must have gone someplace else They wanted to charge me for a full set. Pathetic behavior for a business that wants repeat customers!! Stay away from this place!!

Critical:Quality$60 which is fine if they were nice but I literally have done a nicer job at home. Made an appointment for 2:00 pm. Waited with no one saying anything to me until 2:45… ended up leaving and going to Magic Nails. They got me right in and did a great job. Don’t see the reason in making an appointment with them if you have to wait 45 minutes with no one telling you anything!Pedicure,Manicure

Greeted as we walked in the door. Let tech know it was my daughter’s first time and she was super sweet through the whole process, explaining everything and making her comfortable. Tomorrow is her eighth grade graduation and she really wanted nails but started to worry. They were awesome!
